Aardwolf

Aardwolf is a dog like mammal inhabiting Southern African plains. They are closely related to hyenas.
They are shy nocturnal creatures preferring to eat termites and other insects. The long, sticky tongues and the slender muzzles makes them excellent for hunting termites. A single Aardwolf can consume around few hundred thousand termites in one night! Something to note is that they do not eat the whole termite colony. They also try to keep the mound intact.
This leads the termites to rebuild their colonies in the same mound and keep supplying the Aardwolves with food. They memorize the exact location of a Termite mound and return there to feed so that they do not have to look for a new source of Termites every day.
